Our Hilltops Merlot presents a gentler, more approachable alternative to our Cabernet. As a clone of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot shares its heritage but is generally lighter and smoother, with softer tannins and a rounder mouthfeel. 

The wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe red cherries and dark plums, which lead to a smooth, velvety palate. These flavours are complemented by subtle hints of spice and a touch of oak, making it an elegant and well-balanced wine.
