Although often misunderstood, when carefully crafted in the vineyard and winery, merlot can be a rich, full flavoured, yet smoot and soft wine.
This wine displays a rich spectrum of plum and spiced berry fruits. Wonderful with roast beef, smoked meats and for afternoon tea with fruit cake.
